Discussed the following points about the current IT system in the company : a. There is a Local Area Network (LAN) in each factory connecting the various computers. b. Dealing is done directly and indirectly. 2. Cable Specification The cable ordered may be standard or non-standard. 3. Planning is done by production manager. 4. Requirement Calculated 5. Supplier Rating is done 6. Purchase order is made 7. Material arrives and bill is made. 8. Requisition comes from shop floor on a daily basis. 9. Material issued by store.
