A Brief Review of “All in the Timing” David Ives’ All in the Timing is a satirical and paradoxical comedy consisting of six acts. Each act could be studied carefully in any psychology class. Each act presents the viewer with a psychological experiment. However, the biting criticisms of such things as communication, to a hilarious cohesion of typewriting monkeys, will leave everyone pondering and laughing at this hysterical comedy. The first act starts out appropriately, as it gives one a view of the cooperation of a couple conversing over a cup of coffee. The scene starts out with numerous questions to one another. The listener can change a response from the speaker with the bell that is placed in the center of the table.
