Micro/Macro Junior Achievement Co. The material taught in economics class is difficult to grasp and understand at times. Sometimes you can understand it and other times you are just plain lost. But with the junior achievement company, I have been able to understand and actually use the information that I have learned out of the book; even though at times, nothing goes how you expect it to go. Our company had its ups and downs as we worked together to produce a product to sell. With so many different people in the class and so many different ideas to choose from, it was hard to decide what we wanted to sell. Even when the class was able to narrow it down to just a few ideas, we just still weren’t able to decide for some time. With the time it took us to decide on a product, it gave us a chance to thoroughly think over our ideas and explore different ones, which was good. However, with all of the time that we spent thinking it out, we wasted valuable time which could of been used to do sometime much more productive, such as advertising, selling or just getting our company in order.
