Tesco plc is a business that operates in the food selling industry. They are an internationally known company that was founded way back in 1924. In 2003 present time 79 years has past and Tesco has become a giant in the markets for selling food, clothes, toys, and general household goods. The goal to be as strong in non food business as they are in the core food business is certainly in operation as Tesco currently have a 5% market share worth around £75billion in the UK.
