FARSONS AND MBA PRESENT BASKETBALL BOARDS TO TWO SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOLS
Farsons and the Malta Basketball Association (MBA) have donated a set of basketball boards to two special needs schools. This donation is in line with the project embarked upon by the MBA, aiming to supply and install at least one pair of basketball boards within all Maltas primary schools.
Dun Manwel Attard School and Guardian Angel School were the first special needs schools to receive these basketball boards. Kinnie, Gatorade, Lipton, Pizza Hut and KFC have jointly sponsored the purchase of these basketball boards, which offer children the opportunity to start practising basketball from a very young age.
Farsons Brand Executive, Ms Claire Carey, presented the basketball boards to Assistant Director of Education, Special Education Needs, Mr Michael King.
