This essay will discuss value within an organisation, more specifically, individual values, and its importance to organisational behaviour. This essay will also discuss the importance of understanding differences between national cultures and its impact on the value within an organisation, as well as on employee behaviour at work. Lastly, examples will be given pertaining to the findings made within this essay, and the related differences between organisational values from employee in Japan and the United States of America.
