	50's
	I found out that the 50’s is not comparable to the way we live and dress. In the 50’s it was a very formal period. Many people wore dresses, skirts, and dressy shoes. In addition, they did not like to wear anything dirty at all. They were very conservative and owned a lot of the same thing, so they didn’t wear the same thing in the week. Some events that happened was the baby boom and the Korean War. In 1957, the baby boom occurred and it sparked 4.7 million child births just for one year. Since the 50’s was a formal period, the women hardly dressed casual, but if they did, they wore sailor outfits, Capri’s, jumpers, and dungarees.
