SunTrust has over $93 billion in assets and over 1,100 branches. It has been rated “Best Overall” by the National Consumer Reporting Magazine for best customer satisfaction. SunTrust’s primary businesses include deposit, credit, trust and investment services. Its subsidiaries are credit cards, mortgage, insurance, brokerage, and capital markets services. As I came into the bank it seemed to be a well organized and easy going environment. The lobby, where I was, had about 6 desks in it, 2 at which people were actually working out of at the time and 3 private desks, one which Mrs. Kutner operates from, all enclosed with views of the lobby. There were about 5 lobby windows with 2 tellers working at that time. The lines weren’t long at all and the tellers seemed to have all the customers under way. Everything seemed to be working swiftly and smoothly and they had customers the whole time I was there. They were all decorated for Halloween and they are advertising a new theme for their company which was food in relations with their banks investment and loan opportunities.
