BAGHDAD (Reuters) - At least two explosions have detonated in an area of Baghdad that includes the headquarters of Iraq's U.S.-led administration. A U.S. military spokesman said on Sunday the explosions had gone off in the capital's Green Zone, which also includes a top-security hotel that came under rocket attack earlier in the day. Reporters in central Baghdad also heard several explosions. Earlier on Sunday, guerrillas fired rockets into the Rashid Hotel where U.S. Deputy Defence Secretary Paul Wolfowitz was staying, killing a U.S. soldier and wounding 17 people. Wolfowitz was believed to have left the hotel before the latest explosions on Sunday evening. LONDON (Reuters) - Conservative leader Iain Duncan Smith has staged a desperate bid to save his job and says he will not let bullies in his party force him out with their personal ambition and bitterness.
