Justification of training methods Continuous training Benefits- continuous training would develop my aerobic energy systems to work at a more economical rate - By training my aerobic system it will reduce the volume of lactic acid entering my muscles because of the amount of oxygen going through them the. - All major muscles are trained so my endurance level will be higher. Relevance to my aims- as I am training cardiovascular endurance, continuous training is exactly what I need, as involves long training periods to develop aerobic energy systems and improve stamina and endurance. How this affects my skill development As my training involves endurance, after I have done the training I'll be able to work for longer on skill development and therefore being a better all round sports person.
