I perform consulting services from time to time for a number of small businesses. One particular business that I consultant as a web developer for, has a fairly complex telecommunication system for its operation. A little background on the company is needed to fully appreciate the feature rich system that they have installed. The companies name is Company X Classic Festivals. Company X Classic Festivals was formed in 1983, and is an educational professional organization for instrumental music groups. The main function of the company is to provide a high quality musical event that intermediate and high school student perform and compete for honors levels.
