In Twelve Angry Men written by Reginald Rose, Juror number three’s personality can be shown through his language. Juror number three is a loud, head strong, opinionated man and it shows a lot when he speaks. The reader can see these characteristics when the jury is discussing the old man taking fifteen seconds to walk to his front door, Juror number three explodes, “He’s an old man. ... ” That shows that Juror number three does not think before he speaks. It also shows that he is stubborn, because he will not believe what the other jurors are explaining.
