1.)In a summary of the Bob Knowlton case there are three main characters we should view; Bob Knowlton, Fester, and Jerrold. Jerrold is the head supervisor who assigns Bob the position of project head of a photon correlator project. The company had a reward system for people who produce are the people who advance in the company. After two years Bob had made significant progress in the project. He was a confident man who felt that the sky was the limit for him. Then a man by the name of Fester enters the picture. He was an intelligent and strong willed, but most of all independent. He was a very hard worker who began to overshadow Bobs work. Bob knew how intelligent Fester was and believed that he brought many new interesting ideas about the project...
