Vocational Essay In these four weeks I have be in the kitchen. There is always something new and interesting things that you can learn and do like, learning how to sanitize and wash dishes, put away produce also how to rotate can goods by the dates that they are purchase on. In addition you get to learn how to put together special ingredients to create all types of foods. And last you learn how to wash and dry laundry. It is very important when you are washing dishes, that you prepare your dish water correct with the proper calibration needed to make sure that the wash water as well as the sanitizing water is at the proper level to do its job. Always put bleach in your rises water as follows: one cap of bleach to every gallon of water. When we go to the food bank and come back, one of our chores is to rotate and put away the new items that we have just received.
