With more and more deaths attributed to smoking, and the elimination of smoking in public buildings, more people are trying to stop smoking. Many aides are available for the smoker, for example, nicotine gum, nicotine patches, and hypnosis. Any of these methods may be used in conjunction with this paper.
Different nicotine products should not be mixed, this can cause a nicotine overdose.
Cigarettes are addictive because of the nicotine you absorb into the body every time you smoke. The nicotine is in the smoke you inhale. Another addiction is the physical addiction of smoking. Your body usually craves more nicotine every 20 minutes. The good news is that it takes only 3 days, from your last cigarette, to clear the nicotine from your body, eliminating your bodies craving.
