The Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company's production of "Dragon's Tale" provided the King's College community with a truly unique experience. I myself am not very knowledgeable about dance techniques, or Chinese culture, but I feel that after this presentation, I better understand both. Although ballet is not for everyone, there was a lot to be gained from "Dragon's Tale". The production provided an out-of-the-ordinary evening, a better understanding of Chinese music, and a chance to see many visual splendors. These three factors lead me to believe the Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company's production was a success.
"Dragon's Tale" drew an extremely varied crowd. The audience consisted of students, some who were required to attend, and others who just had a genuine interest. I also noticed many different cultures in the theater. Young children, teenagers, adults, and senior citizens were all drawn to the dance for various reasons.
