Being truthful is one of the aspects of life that I value. If you find that you cannot tell the truth, then you should examine yourself because there is a myth that says the truth shall set you free. Sometimes we all fall for the temptation to not tell the truth, but I would advise anyone not to give in because I ruined ten years of my life by not telling the truth. My husband and I had invitations to a ball. I had a beautiful dress to wear but I did not have the accessories to go with the dress. I borrowed a very expensive necklace from one of my friends. We attended the ball and when I walked into the room all eyes were on me, I never felt so lovely in my entire life. After returning home, I realized I no longer had the most beautiful necklace on with diamonds. I was devastated; since I had borrowed the necklace from a friend. I did not know what to do. I traced my steps back, I checked the streets, I even went back to the ball and asked if anyone had seen the necklace. As a result, I was out of luck. That night will be a night I will never forget because my whole life changed.
