Many years ago when women would get pregnant, they would have their children. Some women would try for an illegal abortion in the back of a doctor office. Now, if an accidental pregnancy occurs, all the woman has to do is make an appointment for a legal abortion. Abortion by definition is defined as: " the termination of pregnancy and expulsion of an embryo of a fetus that is incapable of survival"(The Collins English Dictionary). Even though I do not agree with abortion and the whole process itself does not seem very pleasant, abortion should not be illegal because of women rights.
Abortion should remain legal to protect women's rights, but should only be allowed in the first trimester with restrictions. These restrictions should be in the cases of rape, or if harmful to the woman or child. Abortion should not be used as a form of birth control.
