In this presentation I will show you video footage of linear motion, friction, gravity, Newton's laws of motion and angular motion. While you watch the footage I will explain and describe each piece so that you understand it.

Linear motion is when you are moving in straight line in a certain direction. As you can see from my video the person is running in a straight line going in one way.
Linear motion can also be considered as speed, velocity and acceleration.
Speed is how fast an object is moving.
To work out the average speed you need to do this formula:
AS=D/T
Velocity is the rate at which an object changes its position. Every step you take must go into moving that persons further from where he/she started. Velocity is speed with a direction.
AV=Your position/Time=Displacement/Time
Acceleration is how fast an objects speed is increasing...
