Summary:
The Pantanal is the home of wildlife. It is also the largest wetland on the globe. It's a lowland in South America. It extends through central and west of Brazil, eastern of Bolivia and northeastern of Paraguay. The Pantanal is caused by the heavy rain that makes the Pantanal a home for a big population of fishes, snakes, and reptiles. The Pantanal is also a home for many other animals, such as Jaguars, foxes, and river otters.

From reading the front and back flaps of the book's cover, I got to understand a lot more about the Pantanal. I got to understand its region, its geographical causes, and maybe how it feels like to be there. Reading The Testament was little harder without knowing where the story toke place, and how this place was like. Unlike London, Paris, or Cairo, the Pantanal is not a place that people would like to visit, so it is hard to imagine it...
