There are many important things I learned this week through the use of our lecture notes and the reading assignments. Few of the things, which I learned are the different types of stress and ways of coping with them. As the lecture point that there are four major categories of stress; survival, internally generated, environmental and job stress and fatigue and overwork stress. The lecture also points out that not all stress is negative. Every individual come across stress in his or her life. The main thing is to identify what causes the stress. One good suggestion given in the lecture notes to identify the cause of the stress is to keep a diary. Through the use of the diary and individual can identify patterns and the factors that cause stress.
