Careless People Using Firearms
There are thousands of deaths each year because of firearm related accidents. Firearms are dangerous, but the improper use of them makes them deadly. This cause's the conflict of whether or not firearms should be owned by individuals. In my opinion, the reason firearms are deadly are a result of irresponsible parents, unwatched children, and rash hunters. Some gun control activists and anti-hunters believe they can solve this issue by banning and retrieving firearms from their owners. I believe we can solve this problem by making the users more aware of how to use these tools with more caution and safety. The result of firearms being used in the hands of careless people causes accidents, deaths, and emotional discomforts for the victims.
Irresponsible parents are to blame for making guns easily available to careless children unaware of the dangers involved in the improper use of firearms. The proper use of a firearm must be the parents responsibility. Parents should also implant in their children's minds that guns are not toys, and under no circumstances should they pick one up without parental guidance...
