Reflection is a strange thing. From class and from the notes I have taken I now believe that reflection is important. When I first thought about reflection I thought, now that is an interesting topic. When have I ever reflected back on something I have done? honestly, maybe only a couple of times. There are so many daily things in my life that I do not look back on and say, why did I react that way. Probably the biggest thing I thought about was why do I react to my friends or situations at work in the way I do.
In class, you talked about traits and behaviors and how the two are different. When I first heard this, I thought, well of course they are different. However, when you talked about traits and behaviors in a work situation I saw there was a big difference and I thought about my work situation...
