Bending Water
Static Electricity is able to do some very interesting things that some might not know about. One very interesting phenomenon is the effect of static electricity on water. This experiment is pretty amazing to the eye, but there is no product that will come out of this. One is only able to make water bend!
Only a few things are needed to make this experiment work. For starters, one needs to have recently taken a shower and have a head full of clean, dried hair. It doesn't matter if one has short or long hair, the color also doesn't matter. Also needed is a dry plastic comb with or without a handle. The last necessity is an indoor sink with a working water faucet that runs cold water. To do an optional experiment with the same outcome, one will need the same plastic comb, a countertop, and self torn pieces of a tissue (klenex or toilet paper)...
