According to a recent study documented by Business Week, a scarcity of jobs for young people was acknowledged. Countless jobs are eliminated because the employer seeks experienced employees who can work full-time. Due to these stipulations, many young people are left jobless. This deficiency of job opportunities has numerous effects, some life altering for young adults.
The first effect on young people without jobs is a lack of self-discipline. Young people without jobs float in a cloud of deception that life is effortless. Jobs teach young people that there are sacrifices to be made. If there is no demand on jobless young people to make these sacrifices, they tend to become lazy and unorganized. Because a lack of self-discipline advocates procrastination, young people fall into a trap of worry and stress. Without self-discipline, their conviction to accomplish a certain task within a designated time frame fades Jobless young people develop this weakness in self-discipline because no demands are placed on them...
