As per your request, I have evaluated Zap corporations and its current strategic position in the rapidly growing electric vehicle industry. Zap has gone through many transitional stages in attempting to achieve it ultimate strategy. The have gained the acquisition of many other EV companies, bought out several companies and also made a joint venture with another company. Through this expansion Zap will enhance there overall revenues and allow them to be the leader in EV production. During their years they also decided to relocate to Taiwan because they had an increase in demand combined with the increase in competition. They moved abroad to reduce costs and improve on distribution of products.
I believe from the strategically analysis I have obtained a greater knowledge of the company and the industry as a whole. The premium approach for presenting the analysis is by starting with an overall description of the context that this firm plays in the industry. I determined from my analysis that Zap current strategy is to become "an overall provider of premier EV products with a primary focus on sales activity".
