The Journey to Save Another Cell
Hi, my name is Protein. My Ribosome's Nucleolus' cell membrane is sick, so my Ribosome told me to go share my protein with the membrane. So, the Golgi complex packaged me up and put me on the ER to travel to my cell membrane and out of my cell because the cell I am going to is on the other side of the organ in the North tissues.
So, I was speeding through the organ and I know I am supposed to go straight there but I was curious about this one weird looking cell. It was a hypotonic cell! I have never seen one before, since my cell is isotonic. It was going through cytolysis really fast. So fast that it almost sucked me up! I got away fast enough though. I hope I never see a hypotonic cell egg again...
