Black Panther Party
"You can kill the revolutionary, but you can't kill the revolution" a phrase made famous by Fred Hampton. Hampton was the chairman of the Black Panther Party in the state of Illinois. Hampton joins the party in 1968 when he was only 19 years of age.
My fascination with this young man grew with in every web site visited. Not only impressed with his goals and hopes of his people, I discovered that his residence was not more than a five-minute drive from where I stay. Hampton was politically active at the age of 14, so much accomplished at a young age. For example he tried to direct local Chicago gangs energy to positive aspects, he made several speeches to Chicago youths, and the "Rainbow Coalition" originated and built on the principles of F. Hampton and the bpp . Why did this mans hopes threaten Chicago officials so much?
