Stress is what you feel when you are worried or uncomfortable about something. This worry in your mind can make your body feel bad. You may feel angry, frustrated, scared or even afraid. You can also get a stomach ache or a headache.
Stress has different effects on me. There are times when stress will give me stomach aches, loss of sleep, and headaches. I've experiences stomach aches during tests, loss of sleep when I am worried about something, and headaches with too much work. While experiencing stress, I may get tension in the neck, shoulders and also terrible headaches. It is especially the headache that plagues me. When I suffer a headache, I feel I can't concentrate or think clearly...
