I learn many things about pediatricians. A pediatrician is one who specializes in the health and treatment of infants through adolescence. Generally, pediatricians focus on babies, children, adolescents, and young adults from birth to age 21 years. Pediatricians provide many services to families. They help in diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, counseling families, monitoring children's physical, mental, and social development and advising adolescents on a range of emotional and social issues.
Pediatric need 11 years of training to become a pediatrician. These years including 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, 1 year of an internship in pediatrics, and 2 years of a pediatric's residency . Pediatric specialists also have to complete at least 3 years of specialty fellowship training. The total schooling cost is about $95,000.
