John Kotter believes that todays managers must incorporate adaptability in all tasks. ... Nevertheless, Machiavelli, like Kotter, believes that it is easier to formulate relationships with subordinates. ... Kotter believes that we get into trouble most often when utilize previous experiences without considering how the new situation is different. ...
