One may note, after learning to write with all the grace and wit as Nancy Franklin. Knowing the discourse community or to whom is being addressed is important. Along with her wit and charm, she is capable of expressing herself using anecdotes from episodes she viewed both, first episodes.
Miss Nancy Franklin address two television shows "Nip and Tuck" and "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy"; where her initial attempt seems to be to prove her dismay falls apart do to her elaborate lengths she goes to cover up how much she liked the show, which become apparent through her article. Fortunately, for the reader she is able to use colorful statements and word use to make up for it.
She begins her tale by using an example, "For years now, it has been hard to avoid shows that depict medical procedures". While I do not find this true, she goes on to explain her difficulty surfing the channels and constantly running smack dab into, one of them, a "recoiling bloody mess". Finding her use of additives rather witty, reading on became the business of the day...
