"Three months after entering junior high and high school, my sons, RaJon, age
16, and Jameel, age 10 were killed by a drunk driver" said Yvonne Dennis, Maine, mother who feels pain every time she is talking about her son. Some people think that alcohol is not the problem for them, they can control it. But in fact it is a big problem for everyone especially teenagers. Nowadays teenagers are taking a risk to be alcohol's victim. They like to drink alcohol because of three reasons.
First, Teenagers do not know the effects of alcohol toward the working of the brain. Alcohol is considered to be a central nervous system depressant. It damage the frontal lobes of the brain that causes the reduction the brain size, slow transmissions, reduces the concentration and coordination of brain that makes one lose temporary memory, and confuses the messages which have been sent to the brain. Moreover, alcohol also affects behavior. As alcohol passes straight into the blood and then to the brain, it affects behavior immediately...
