Introduction
In the 1980's, readily available capital and a new sense of worldwide markets spurred the need for wide scale investment in America. Since then, it seems as though everyone has taken an interest in investing. Although risky, investing has the potential of creating large profits. However, deciding which investment route to take can be both quite difficult and time consuming. If the proper research is not done before investing, one can end up losing money and not reaping the full benefits that investing can bring. It is essential to diversify investments and look into the various investment options.
One type of investment many people are familiar with is real estate. However, most people are reluctant to invest in real estate because of the high amount of capital it takes to start up.
