1. There are 3 issues that are evident in this case. There are incidences of violence, strikes in this area. For a foreign national working here, 2 more issues add to it housing and living issues; getting the same environment and living conditions as in their native country and security problem. In this context, we can see that Hutto had no family this made him take more risks than an average person of his age. He had immense experience of working in such environment before. He was pragmatic and manipulative in his approach of dealing with the labors. He had earned money the hard way, so he loved to enjoy the power (superintendent), money, and recognition. He was the appropriate person for such a task. His prior experiences shaped him in a way that he had learnt to enjoy alone...
