In the last module I discuss how the Ford Expedition product for the Ford company. In this module we are talking about how Ford product mix provides a advantage for the company. I will answer two questions about the Ford Motor Company. First question, does the Ford have a competitive advantage with its product mix? The answer to that question is yes.
Why do I feel that Ford has an advantage in their product mix? Well, Ford is the number 2 automaker in the world. In order to be in the top 5 in the automobile industry, you must have a good product mix. The Ford Company produces different types of automobile such as cars, trucks and the SUVs all which are quality products.
