Dave Your job title is a Dispatcher. Can you give me a little job description of a Dispatcher for those that don't know?
John I oversea the bus operators. I make sure they keep to their schedules. I ensure that they follow procedure which includes their uniforms, safety, the handling of the buses, the way they deal with the public.
Dave In your opinion, what part of communication is the most important for your position? Oral? Written?
John - For my position verbal is more important but written is also very important. I need to be able to speak to my guys in a way that they understand what needs to be done and at the same time not have them hate me...
