Manifesto: To Legalize, or not to Legalize?
Some people point to marijuana as similar to having a scotch or a cigarette. I say that it is more like wine. There are fine wines that cost an arm and a leg, and there are boxed wines that run for a couple of dollars. Just as there is B.C. Bud from British Columbia, there is shwag from Mexico, with each with its own price and potency.
A person is free to do what he pleases if it is not infringing on another's rights. So I ask you, where does the United States find that it has the right to limit cannabis use in the peaceful confines of private property? The government chooses to assume that everyone who smokes marijuana should be in rehab, and that is simply not the case...
