This Article was very interesting and made me think about how many different aspects of a person's life all affect one thing; how they handle, and at what levels they experience fatigue. The author steps through the various types and levels of how people experience fatigue and stresses that it is an normal problem that people face and gives a lot of examples of the ways that you are able to overcome it. The author lists several things that your fatigue could be a sign of as well. The list of medical conditions that fatigue can be seen as a sign to is endless. It would not be wise to jump to a conclusion in any case, but the list of conditions was very insightful and could help someone in diagnosis of depression, or diabetes for example. That might give a hint to some people in the source of there fatigue, but in most cases it will not.
