Abstract: Data about leaves on is important trees because the leaves help clean the air and make this world an easier place to breathe. The leave size on trees on a college campus in North Manchester was assessed and recorded. An equal amount of leaves from the same type of tree but in different area of the campus were collected and then measured. The leaves were measured for their length and width. The trees that the leaves were measured from were the same type but one tree was near a building and in a slightly high traffic area, whereas the other tree was near a river in a very low traffic area. The high traffic area tree did not seem to be affected by the conditions in which it is surrounded. Although high traffic areas and big buildings are part of the environment of a tree, the tree as a whole seems to have adapted quite nicely.
Introduction: There are many types of trees in Indiana, that have flourished. The trees seem to exist better in rural cities and especially in the farm lands around the state. The co-existence of humans and trees,as a living organism, have become a way of life and the exist of trees is not realized by a lot of people...
