Educating Rita
Intro:
In the opening scene the relationship between frank and Rita starts off well, they each find something deeply appealing about the other. Rita is eager to learn wants Frank to be her teacher, and Rita bursts into Frank's life and he finds her to be a breath of fresh air.
The nature of the relationship is that it has its ups and downs, this is caused by franks jealousy, as time goes on as Rita is getting more and more educated and doesn't Rely on him as much as she did before.
Mid:
Initially the relationship between frank and Rita starts off well, Rita says to frank 'you're a crazy mad piss artist who wants to throw his students through the window, an' I like you; this shows informality in there relationship because there relaxed around each other. Frank and Rita seem to be more closely involved with one another as Rita arrives home late one night and her husband is burning her books, this is because he found out that Rita had been lying to him about wanting a baby, and I also think that he suspected that there could be more going on between her and frank, and was getting jealous of the relationship between Frank and Rita.
When Rita leaves to school for summer, they both write to each other very often. Frank is glad for her that she is learning so much and making a great deal of progress. When Rita returns, she has changed. She doesn't act as she did before, and seems to know everything. "Of course; you don't do Blake without doing innocence and experience, do y'?..
