I spent many years contemplating going back to school. I worked for a company that did not require me to have a degree. They let me learn everything on my own. When the company went out of business I was faced with having to take jobs that I did not like or did not pay well. It did not matter how much experience I had the person with the degree always got the better job. I decided that the best thing for me to do was to go to school and get a degree. It just took me a couple years to actually take the plunge. When I decided to go to college I had two clear goals in mind.
