Abstract
What is Total Quality Management? Not many people in the business world know, and not knowing this hurts their productivity. Companies with the knowledge head the pack when they deliver the best of the best. Total Quality Management is a structured system for satisfying internal business by integrating the business environment, continuous improvement, and internal employee improvement, and maintenance cycles while changing organizational cultures. And one of the keys to implementing TQM can be found in its definition, its system.
There are so many different aspects of the theory of TQM. But the most important is the purpose of Total Quality Management, and what aspects make it a positive influence in business. The way that businesses decide to implement this theory is important to its success. And how organizations have developed to become powerful associations, with its implementations.
