Capozzoli's article "Conflict Resolution A Key Ingredient in Successful Teams" enlightens us on the fact that conflict can have its rewards in avoiding complacency and improving productivity. And although conflict can be viewed negatively, utilized properly in teams, it can be a promise for success. He succinctly divides conflict in three parts; the nature of conflict so it is recognizable, causes of conflict, and that there are learned skills in resolving conflict to the team's advantage.
