Friend and Partner
Known as mans best friend, the canine or dog is usually associated with being the family pet. On the most part the dog becomes part of the family. The dog is a loyal trustworthy friend who is always happy to see you and receive your attention. Besides the family pet, canines have proven to be an invaluable asset to law enforcement agency across the United States. My canine Nemo is one example of such a dog. Nemo has assisted me, as well as other police officers, with locating illegal drugs, tracking and apprehending suspects, and protecting me during unruly times.
I purchased Nemo from Lakewood's Kennel for the primary purpose of converting him into a police dog. Although Nemo came from a long line of show dogs, I had other plans for him.
