When someone looks at another woman, they opt to think of marriage. Looking for that someone to spend their entire life with, never knowing whom that someone might be. When trying to find that person, one looks at their personality, looks, and other social status. When one looks back at their childhood, they tend to realize what life is going to be like. Where will I go, who will I be with. Will only one person do? Maybe their will be others. What will become of my life? In the short story "Eveline" Miss Eveline finds out what life has to offer her, and how she will respond to the death of her mother. Miss Eveline tends not to realize what she has until it is gone...
