THE EFFECTS OF TRADITIONAL GENDER ROLES
There are many different things that women and men are expected to do in their gender roles, then those differences bind women and men in to their attitude and behaviors because they are trapped in the word "tradition" but don't realize their own abilities. Although in recent years people may consciously reject the traditional gender roles, they tend to behave otherwise in a number of ways. I will agree that traditional gender roles do constrain the potential of both males and females to realize their full humanity.
The above statement doesn't mean that traditional gender roles constrain women and men attitude, but they restrict women and men in their development of their natural. That limits the roles of males and females, makes it difficult for men to be comfortable with traditional "women's work" and women to be confident when doing traditional male jobs.
