Sleep
As I wake up every week day I find it so hard to get out of bed as I think to my
self ?I would give anything just to sleep in a little longer.? I know for a fact
that I am not the only teenager that feels this way. Its not just the luxury of
sleeping in that effects teenagers, according to the Washington Post American
teenagers are getting far less sleep than they need, and their health, behavior
and academic performance are suffering as a result.
Based in part on Dr. Mary Carskadons research, some U.S. schools have
changed their school?s start time. Most these schools are moving there starting
