Making decisions is part of life and is something that people do everyday. However, applying one's ethics to his/her decisions can be difficult. Of the many different aspects of decision-making, ethics is one aspect that does not seem to be in the forefront. When asked to make a decision, managers have to weigh the many possible outcomes. According to authors Browne, N. & Keeley, S. (2001) in workshop five, ethics refers to standards of conduct and moral judgment.
