The types of communication methods can be;
1. Oral communication;
2. Verbal communication;
3. Non-verbal communication and;
4. Written communication.
1) Oral Communication
With oral communication, the sender can send his message through the airwave, for example FM/AM radio, telephone and (cable radio)'radifusion'. This kind of communication is good in a way that many people listens to the radio daily (on the way to work, at work and during lunch & dinner).
However, the problems faced with oral communication is that if the audience who are not good listeners, they may misinterpret the message being conveyed. Just like the old game of the telephone, where one child whispers a message to next child sitting next to him, and he in turns whisper that message which he interpret to the next child, the end message may be different to that of the start message.
Also the language barrier could be faced where one may speak with an American accent, and another may have a very Scottish accent...
